Yep it's true...I took the Copic plunge and here's my first card. I made this card for my SIL and I was pretty happy with the finished product. I still have to practice more on coloring and shading hair, who knew that would be the hardest part?!
That sassy girl is a Greeting Farm stamp, her name is Sasha and she's part of the 'Creeper Crew' collection 1. The card is a standard A2 size. I used cardstock from Papertrey Ink for the base of the card and all of the pattern paper is from My Mind's Eye 'Stella and Rose' paper pad. I love this paper stack! In fact, I have to admit I've purchased several 6x6-inch stacks in the last few weeks, they are so much nicer to use for cards. Why did it take me so long to figure this out?
Here's a second birthday card, this one is for my brother. Another example of paper piecing! If you haven't tried this yet...you should! I love the results and it's so easy. For this card I used the Basic Grey 'Life of the Party' paper pad. I told you I love those little stacks! Once again I used Papertrey Ink for the base cardstock.
