Pretty Princess Birthday Card

Good evening! I wanted to share a birthday card I made for my Mom. She turns 60 tomorrow, August 7. Happy Birthday Mom! My Mom has been blessed and doesn't look anywhere close to 60, in fact a lot of people think we're joking when they find out. I wasn't sure what I was going to make her, and then I found the "Pretty Princess" on the Mini Monster cartridge...it's such a fun cartridge and I think my Mom will get a kick out of her princess card.

Recipe:

CS-Papertrey Ink

PP-My Mind's Eye

Ribbon, Stamp and Ink-Papertrey Ink

Cuttlebug D'vine Swirls Embossing Folder

StampinUp! Ink on the clouds

The button is from my stash. I also used Glossy Accents on the princess' eyes as well as the button.

The fence, which is also from the MM cartridge is incredibly intricate, but cut out amazingly well on the PTI cardstock. I did use the multi-cut feature, and it came right off my mat with hardly any weeding necessary...it's also a pretty new mat which helps. The grass is from the Gyspy Wandering cartridge.

I hope you enjoyed this fun and funky card. Thank you so much for stopping by and I'd love to hear what you think! Have a great weekend!
